Refund and Return Policy
At NewRex, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we’re committed to making things right.

Return Policy:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the return process:

1. Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our website’s contact form.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return or refund:

– Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
– Items must not have been installed, used, or modified in any way.
– Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable:

– Custom or special orders
– Items that have been installed, used, or modified
– Items that are damaged or defective due to customer negligence or misuse

Warranty:
NewRex warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
